Initiate Your Return
Log into your VampireFreaks account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
